Bluebell Railway

West Country Class, Appledore No.34100

(Eddystone, No.34028)

For the third time this year a photo charter at the Bluebell Railway with terrific light.  Eddystone No. 34028 was running as  class mate No. 34100 Appledore.  During the morning we photographed a recreation of the final "Golden Arrow" Pullman train.  "Appledore" was in charge of a train made up of green  Bulleid stock mixed with the umber and cream stock.  During the second half of the day the headboards and arrows  where removed and the head code changed to resemble an empty coaching stock recreation.
