Bluebell Railway Goods Train Weekend 2008 Despite the weather doing its best to dampen the enthusiasm of the visitors everyone was treated to a fine display of the railways superb wagons with no less then four different goods trains on view over the weekend. Locomotives used for the event: No.55 Stepney, No.672 Fenchurch, E4 No.32473, U Class No.1638, Earl of Berkeley No. 9017 and Standard 4 No.80151. Vintage road vehicles where on display each taking turns to carry out local collections and deliveries which then rendezvous with the goods trains at the stations. (click on picture to enlarge)
